Textbook Terms and Conditions
- Please allow AT LEAST 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) PROCESSING TIME on all textbook orders placed during the first two weeks of classes. Textbook orders placed during non-peak times require at least 24 hours processing time.
- If your order is to be picked up in the store, you WILL BE NOTIFIED via email when your order is ready. Please be aware that your order will not instantly be available for pickup after you place it, and we ask for your patience.
- Orders to be picked up in store can only be held for one week before being returned to the shelves, and the order will be considered dropped. You will not be charged for orders that do not get picked up.
- All textbook returns MUST have a receipt. Textbooks may be returned for a full 100% refund through the first Friday of the first week of classes ONLY; after that, the bookstore will not issue refunds on textbooks. All books to be returned must be in their original condition and in original shrinkwrap (if applicable).
- Textbooks cannot be rented online and must be rented in-store by the student, no exceptions. Only currently enrolled McNeese students may rent textbooks. Parents, guardians, or friends cannot rent books on behalf of the student. Please refer to our Rental FAQ for more information.
- IF YOU ARE HAVING TEXTBOOKS SHIPPED OUT TO YOU, YOU MUST SELECT THE "UPS - TEXTBOOKS" SHIPPING OPTION. ALL TEXTBOOK ORDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHANGED TO THIS SHIPPING OPTION, AND THE COST OF YOUR ORDER WILL BE AFFECTED.
